PanzyPick ("the site") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.
1. Information we collect
No account is required. For operation and analytics, cookies, access logs, and device/browser information may be collected automatically. We do not store raw IP addresses.
Information you provide (optional): if you subscribe to our newsletter or request free materials (reports, starter kits, email courses), we collect your email address. Requested materials are delivered as part of your PanzyPick subscription, which also includes new-article notifications (disclosed on the request form). We use Resend, Inc. (US) to send email and Turso (Iku, Inc., a US company; servers in Tokyo, Japan) to store subscriber data. The site runs on Vercel Inc. (US company; servers in Seoul). Your email address is deleted without delay when you unsubscribe, which you can do via the link in every email.
2. Cookies
This site does not display third-party advertising. Cookies are used only for site preferences (such as language) and subscriber-only material access.
3. Analytics
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, collecting anonymized usage statistics to improve the service.
4. Affiliate marketing
Some articles may contain affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Such articles disclose this clearly.
5. Your choices
You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.
